Reaching us

Writing in

One inbox, read by a person. Rules arguments welcome; order numbers we genuinely cannot help with.

Write to us about

  • A rule we have got wrong. Say which page and what your box prints, because editions differ and that is usually the whole story.
  • A landing the site does not cover, or a house rule your table has used for years.
  • An edition missing from the shelf.
  • Something broken: a page that will not load, a printed sheet coming out wrong, the counter losing track.

Write to the shop about

Anything with an order number on it. Where a parcel is, when it arrives, what it cost, sending it back, a box that turned up damaged. None of that passes through us: we never see the order, so we have nothing to look up. The retailer answers those in minutes and we would only add a day.

How long we take

A day or two, sometimes longer at the end of a week. If you are writing to correct a rule, quoting the exact line from your box gets it fixed much faster than a description of it.

[email protected]

There is no shop here and no counter to stand at: the site is a desk and an inbox, and everything on it is read and answered by a person.

Letters reach us at a rented mailbox:

Arizona Mills, 5000 Arizona Mills Cir, Suite 741
Tempe, AZ 85282

Please do not send a box back to us. Parcels going back belong with the retailer that sold them, and one sent our way would sit unopened.

Before you write

It may be answered already

Most of what arrives is covered on one of two pages: the odd landings and floor rolls on one, and the six places where the printed sources contradict each other on the other.
