Questions about boxes, prices and who is responsible for what. Questions about the game itself are answered on their own page.
These are the ones that arrive by email. If your question is about a landing, a house rule or a pig on the floor, the other question page has it.
Do you sell the game yourselves?
No. We write about it and link out. The buttons open a retail partner’s page and the purchase is theirs from that moment: their checkout, their delivery, their returns.
Which edition should I buy?
The classic set if you want the one people mean by the name, with the cup, the pad and the pencil. The tin if it lives in a bag. The oversized foam pair if it is for a floor and small children. The editions page lines them up against each other.
Why does a case cost more than a game?
Sometimes it does. The cases are made by other companies, priced on their own, and none of them include a game. If you only need the pigs, buy the game and skip the shell.
Is the price on your page the price I pay?
It is what the box was going for when we last looked. Stock and prices sit with the retailer and move whenever they like, so treat ours as a guide and the checkout as the answer.
Do I need anything else to play?
A flat surface and something to write on. The classic box brings its own pad and pencil; if yours has run out, the score sheet on this site prints for nothing.
Can I use the score counter without buying anything?
Yes. The counter and the printable sheet are open pages. Nothing to sign up for, nothing stored anywhere but your own browser.
A part is missing from my set. Can you send one?
We have no stock, so no. A sealed box that arrived short is the retailer’s problem to fix, and a set that has lost a pig over the years is usually cheaper to replace whole.
